Lately I've been busy planning a website (another friend, Danielle, is helping with this), researching and choosing seeds for next year, checking out greenhouses and hoophouses, and making plans for the infrastructure I will need in place in order for this business to work. It is amazing all the things that need to be considered: washing stations, storage, transportation, packaging, marketing, irrigation...the list goes on and on! However, things are slowly coming together and I am optimistic about where things are at. Roll on Spring!!
